DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct preliminary assessment of client needs and refer to appropriate staff
- Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments
- Provide basic program information and referrals for clients
- Conduct preliminary client in-take
- Assist/support planning and coordination of program special events
- Track and collect performance data for entry into the MBDA Business Portal
- Actively promote the brand of the MBDA Business Center
- Ensure client files are properly maintained and in accordance with MBDA requirements
- Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; emphasis on business administration preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively
- Team player and quick learner who focuses on program outcomes and results
- Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional – Salesforce experience is a plus
- Business/professionally groomed, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Reliable, self-starter with a proactive attitude who can anticipate needs
