DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct preliminary assessment of client needs and refer to appropriate staff
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments
  • Provide basic program information and referrals for clients
  • Conduct preliminary client in-take
  • Assist/support planning and coordination of program special events
  • Track and collect performance data for entry into the MBDA Business Portal
  • Actively promote the brand of the MBDA Business Center
  • Ensure client files are properly maintained and in accordance with MBDA requirements
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; emphasis on business administration preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively
  • Team player and quick learner who focuses on program outcomes and results
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional – Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Business/professionally groomed, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage time well
  • Reliable, self-starter with a proactive attitude who can anticipate needs
